Seven Essential Qualities Of A Good Leader

1. He/She must see self as a servant, not a boss.
2. Must not see himself/herself as a semi-God/Goddess.
3. Must allow for criticism and skepticism by his/her followers.Many leaders are saved by the uncomfortable truth from the bold and constructive critic. We do not expect to have material Leadership but moral leadership must be clean and humble. Freedom of speech cannot be overemphasized.
   
4. Must have his/her ears to the ground and not detached in his/her Majestic concept.
5. He/She must be principled. Must have respect for people and property.
6. Should have the ability to direct and order people and attract them for followership.
7. Must have the ability to help people develop and pursue excellence.
