Susan Boyle(5mins of Open Door) & friends, networks, everything ...changes!

An overnight success usually takes about ten years. Susan Boyle(47yrs) must have spent many days and nights getting there.

We should be people of strong wills, not strong won'ts. Many of the world's great failures did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. Stopping at third base adds no more score than striking out.

Ignore what you're passionate about, and you ignore one of the greatest potentials inside you. Nothing significant was ever achieved without passion. Follow this success principle found in the book of Ecclesiastes: "whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might." Mike Murdock said,"What generates passion and zeal in you is a clue to revealing your destiny. What you love is a clue to something you contain."

  1. I agree with you re: following your dreams. I too have written about her on my blog: http://midlifejourney.com/index.php/2009/04/17/susan-boyle-living-the-midlife-boomer-miracle/

She really is a miracle. Do you know when she will be on the show again?
